At Quick International Packers and Movers, we value your trust and believe in maintaining complete transparency with our customers. Below are our clear and fair refund and cancellation terms.
🕒 Cancellation – 48 Hours Before Move
Enjoy a 100% refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move.
⚠️ Cancellation – Within 48 Hours
For cancellations made within 48 hours of the move, a 50% service charge will be applicable.
🚚 After Packing or Dispatch
If the cancellation is made after packing or goods dispatch, packing and transportation costs will be deducted from the total amount.
🔁 Rescheduling Policy
We allow a one-time free reschedule of your move, provided we receive at least 24 hours notice before the move.
💳 Refund Timeline
All eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
📦 No Refund Policy
No refund will be applicable once goods are delivered or if customer verification fails.
